The distillers at Wrecking Coast essentially make two gins; one makes up the main body of the gin with 12 botanicals in a high tech iStill from Holland and the second gin is using the star ingredient, Cornish Clotted Cream.
Tasting Note
Using a handmade glass vacuum still, the neutral spirit and clotted cream mix blends perfectly to create a velvety richness, not found in other gins.
