Distilled by husband-wife duo Pat Patel and Julie Heap amid Exmoor National Park’s striking landscapes, this distinctive gin blends traditional and exotic botanicals into a complex yet smooth spirit.

Meet Exmoor’s Artisan Distilling Duo

Patel and Heap personally craft every drop of Wicked Wolf Gin and other Wicked Wolf spirits at their scenic River Lyn distillery on Exmoor. They distil each aromatic botanical slowly in traditional copper alembics, then blend and bottle these in small batches by hand.

This careful approach enables exceptional consistency and control over Wicked Wolf Gin’s flavour profile – earning Great Taste Awards honours and other accolades every vintage.

Tasting Notes

Take in vibrant citrus top notes of lemon verbena, cardamom and Kaffir lime, contrasted by earthier juniper, coriander and floral hibiscus. Traces of lemongrass and black pepper lend subtle spicy layers to this complex yet harmonious gin.

Smooth and surprisingly round despite no added sugars, with traces of pine resin, lemon oil and pepper tingling the tongue.

Black pepper and potpourri florals linger while juniper takes the lead into a clean, bittersweet close.

The Wicked Wolf distillers also teamed up with Exmoor Distillery to create a gorgeous gin blended with Exmoor Golden Ale called Exmoor Gold Gin.
