WhistlePig Rye Whiskey launched the Rye Whiskey adventure for the WhistlePig family with the Quintessential Rye – their Small Batch Rye, Aged 10 Years — it’s the one that started it all. True to the original Master Distillers’ concept, it’s a high Rye whiskey with a robust, spice-forward whiskey that gives new levels of flavour with each year of age.

And at 100 proof, it’s adaptable no matter how you consume it. Ingenuity, persistence, and a daring pursuit of flavour brought the crew here, and they never looked back.

Tasting Note

The nose reveals allspice, orange peel, anise, oak, char, and caramel.

When drank, the palate is elevated with sweet flavours of caramel and vanilla, followed by rye­spice and mint.

The finish of WhistlePig Rye Whiskey is lengthy and warm, with aftertastes of butterscotch and caramel.
