Tasting Note

Enjoy light aromas of ripe banana, orange peel, vanilla and a touch of sea salt. Hints of baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg come through along with subtle charred oak.

On the palate, the rum has an incredibly smooth, velvety mouthfeel. Rich flavours of caramelized banana, cinnamon sugar and vanilla custard coat the tongue. Subtle notes of ginger and clove add warmth.

The finish is pleasingly smoky-sweet with lingering flavours of bananas foster and toasted nuts. The rum leaves a subtle briny impression along with traces of dried fruit.
