Hand crafted on the wild Cornish Coast, the fully-independent, family-run Southwestern Distillery lays claim to 3 250 litre copper stills called Tamara, Senara and Tressa and 1 500 litre still called Ferarra. 14 botanicals from all around the world are added to the stills to be macerated overnight in a neutral grain spirits before finally adding violets in the morning.

Tarquins Strawberry and Lime Gin begins with their signature smooth Cornish Tarquin’s Gin distilled with classic botanicals like juniper, coriander and citrus. Locally grown strawberries and fresh limes are then macerated to release their vibrant flavours and added to the gin. The result is a beautifully pink, fruit-forward gin.

Tasting Notes

Tarquins Strawberry and Lime Gin delights the senses with aromas of ripe strawberries and zesty lime.

The palate has layers of juicy strawberry and tart lime balanced by juniper, coriander and subtle spice.

Hints of candy sweetness come through on the jammy finish.
