Tarquins Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin begins with their signature smooth English gin distilled with classic botanicals like juniper, coriander and citrus.

11 botanicals from all around the world are added to the stills to be macerated overnight in a neutral grain spirits before finally adding violets, rhubarb and raspberry in the morning.

This process creates a fresh, piney gin with lemon sherbet notes, a touch of eastern spice and a lingering floral complexity and the addition of the most delicious raspberries and rhubarb give this gin it’s gorgeous blush and fruity complexity. The result is a beautifully pink, fruit-forward gin.
