Sharish Blue Magic Gin 50cl, 40%

Made in the small provincial town of Monsaraz, Portugal from 100% Portuguese fruit, Antonio Cuco has carefully hand crafted this exceptional and unique Mediterranean gin. The gorgeous bright blue gin achieves it’c colour from extracts of a flower known as blue pea. When mixed with a tonic, the gin magically turns from blue to a lovely shade of pink. Other botanicals include; liquorice, ginger, cinnamon, fresh strawberries and raspberries, vanilla, clove, apple bravo de esmolfe and clitoria ternatea (the blue pea flower). This wonderful combination creates a gin with flavours of apple, vanilla and cinnamon with a hint of spicy ginger, rounded off by the fresh berries.
