The journey begins with hearty winter wheat grown sustainably on the estate. This wheat is distilled in Ramsbury’s charming 43-plate copper still, producing an exceptionally smooth, clean spirit that becomes the blank canvas for their gin.

Infusions of Local Flavour

Ramsbury Single Estate Gin uses 14 carefully chosen botanicals are individually distilled to infuse their aromas and flavours. Alongside juniper are additions like spicy cinnamon, bitter orange peel and woody angelica. But what makes this gin unique are the botanicals grown right on the Ramsbury Estate. Fresh quince plucked from the grounds provides fruity tones, while estate lavender imparts floral highlights.
