All coconuts are hand-picked, de-shelled, and cleaned before being crushed, flaked, shredded, and gently pressed to capture fresh coconut milk. The shells and husks are repurposed for fertilizer and animal feed as part of Casa d’Aristi’s zero-waste initiative.
