This is a special wine. All grapes are grown organically and using biodynamic farming methods. The cabernet franc grapes are 300 metres above sea level on marine soil. 18 months in Slovenian oak gives extra complexity to the wine, powerful and rich body; plums, leather, tobacco and pepper. A very long, satisfying finish.
