Calancombe Estate Cassis is made entirely from Ebony and Ben Connan blackcurrants grown on Calancombe Estate alongside the vines and apple orchards.

It is deliciously rich and intense on the nose and on the plate is velvety and smooth but with a little acidity balancing its sweetness, creating a lovely well-balanced liqueur.
