Produced in Burgundy, France, Boudier Elderflower is an artisanal liqueur lovingly crafted by House Boudier, an acclaimed spirits producer since 1958. Boudier handpicks fresh elderflower blooms in spring when the flowers are at their aromatic peak.

The delicate blossoms are quickly transported to the distillery where they are gently infused with neutral spirit for several weeks to capture the essence of elderflower.

Boudier uses a slow, cold maceration process to preserve the vibrant floral notes. The resulting distillate is blended with sugar syrup and spring water from the Burgundy region to create this exquisite liqueur.

Tasting Note

Boudier Elderflower has aromas of fresh elderflower, tropical lychee, and gooseberry that spring from the glass. Additional notes of jasmine and lemon verbena add a perfume-like quality.

The palate is satiny smooth, coating the mouth with layers of flavour.

Notes of honeydew melon, green apple, and lemon curd emerge mid-palate, while the finish sees the return of seductive elderflower and lychee notes that linger long after the last sip.
