Bloody Shiraz Gin is meticulously crafted using a unique process that starts with whole Shiraz grapes sourced from carefully selected vineyards in the Yarra Valley. The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness and steeped in Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin for several weeks, allowing the gin to extract the vibrant colour and intense flavours of the grapes. The resulting infusion is then blended with more Rare Dry Gin to achieve the perfect balance of flavours, resulting in a distinctive gin with a deep, luscious hue.
