Barbican Botanics Spiced Rum 50cl, 40%

With inspiration taken from their Plymouth home on the Barbican and their Scottish roots, husband and wife duo Doreen and Warren began experimenting with different botanicals to make gin but have recently begun making their own spiced rum. They ferment and distil their own molasses with Figs for sweetness, orange for Citrus with a mix of spices such as nutmeg, ginger, cassia and clove with a smokiness from the addition of charred American oak.
