Barbican Botanics spirits are a rich combination of history and tradition, with a contemporary twist. Inspired by Scottish ancestry and their adoptive home on Plymouth’s historic Barbican, Barbican Botanics Gin is distilled in small quantities in a traditional 30L still called “Agnes.”

Tasting Note

The key botanicals include Milk Thistle for deep earthy flavours and Fennel Seeds for a powerful, silky finish. This is a well-balanced and robust gin with a slight herbal character.
