In the second half of the 17th century the British Royal Navy replaced the sailor’s eight pints a day beer ration with a half pint of Rum instead.

Safe to say Britain’s love affair with Rum is deep routed. It is no surprise it has attracted the interest of the new wave of British distillers.

British-created styles now proudly sit amongst the range of the real McCoy.
