Dalmore 12 Year Old Creation: Dalmore 12 Year Old is meticulously crafted using the finest ingredients and time-honoured methods. The whisky begins its journey with the careful selection of exceptional malted barley, which is gently milled to create the perfect grist. The grist is then combined with pure Highland water sourced from the distillery’s own deep boreholes.

Following fermentation, the liquid is twice distilled in Dalmore’s distinctive copper pot stills, which lend a unique character to the spirit. Finally, the whisky is aged for a minimum of 12 years in a combination of American white oak ex-bourbon casks and exclusive sherry casks from Gonzalez Byass, creating a harmonious marriage of flavours.
