Nestled in the southern countryside of Barbados on a former sugar plantation sits Foursqure Rum Distillery. This authentic working distillery is renowned for it’s sustainable practices and delicious selection of rums. The Doorly’s XO Rum is 6 year old blend of rums from Barbados. It’s then aged in ex-bourbon barrels before a second maturation in former oloroso sherry casks made from European oak. It boasts aromas of banana and caramel, apricot and sherried oak. The rum develops with cinnamon flavours, walnut, citrus peel, tobacco and smoky tannins.
