As if making 2 rums and a liqueur wasn’t enough, Dr Tom and married couple, Richard and Fionagh have joined forces again and this time they’ve created a new Cornish Spiced Rum. Inspired by the hidden coves and rocky inlets Cornwall is notorious for, smuggling was rife. Mooncursers stole their imports ashore in the dead of night to become the stuff of legends. This rum boasts delicious notes of vanilla, orange and caramel with warm nutmeg and cinnamon followed by hints of coffee, ginger and pepper with a clean finish.
