This distillery is the first full-scale distillery in the Cotswolds, crafting Outstanding Natural Spirits including the award-winning Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky and Cotswolds Dry Gin. They opened our doors in September 2014 and have welcomed visitors to the site every day since for distillery Tour & Tastings and Gin and Whisky Blending Masterclasses.
They couldn’t ask for a better location. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the desire to reflect the natural beauty of the Cotswolds and honour its heritage runs through everything they do – they use local ingredients and traditional processes, and partner with other local producers.
In 2019, they opened our brand-new Visitor Centre which includes a shop filled with their full range of Outstanding Natural Spirits and a small exhibition area which gives details on the craft processes they use.
