Twisted Nose Gin is crafted to capture the magnificent natural habitat of Winchester, where it is created, and delicately distilled with fresh, peppery watercress to give it a distinctive and uplifting twist. When combined with nine additional carefully selected botanicals – including juniper, locally produced lavender, and South Downs coriander – and slowly distilled to preserve their fresh and delicate scents, the ultimate result is a wonderfully balanced dry gin.

After distillation, the chaps at Winchester Distillery dilute the strong spirit to bottling strength with their own spring water extracted on site. This is the same mineral-rich water that has filtered through the chalk of the South Downs to feed the ancient river systems and watercress beds of the region.

Tasting Note

Upon opening the bottle, the enticing aroma of juniper berries and fresh citrus wafts through the air.
