Unfortunately we can’t avoid the delivery charges; they’re an essential of internet shopping. What we can do is only charge you what we are charged by the courier.

Free delivery is offered when you get to a total spend per order of £85 (for UK Mainland orders)
To try and make it slightly more bearable, we include all packaging in the price and we use the best protective packaging to minimise breakages.

All Rusty Nail Spirits Deliveries use the Parcelforce 48 hours service option but as it stands so far, 99% of the orders sent have been delivered safely within 2 days. Therefore if we receive the order before 5.00pm, it will be collected from us the following working day and delivered to you thereafter.

As we use an external delivery service, we cannot absolutely guarantee delivery times or days

All Rusty Nail Spirits Deliveries will need to be signed for unless we release a statement in exceptional circumstances (eg  Corona virus outbreak March 2020). Unsigned orders won’t be covered if they turn out to be broken.
An adult over the age of 18 years must be available to sign for all deliveries and proof of age may be asked for. The adult must sign for these at the delivery address.
We understand that many people are at work during the day, so please take advantage of our option of a different delivery address and then we can deliver to your work place during working hours.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking email from Parcelforce where you can follow your delivery as well as add further delivery instructions or change the delivery day and time to suit your movements.
